We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or consumable items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nourrielle.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Approved cases may qualify for:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A partial or full refund
